QUIT CLAIM DEED <br />THIS 1NDENTURE WITNESSETH TRAT the City of South Bend, Indiana, by and through its Board <br />of Public Works (the "Grantor" or the "City") <br />CONVEYS AND QUIT CLAMS TO the Department of Redevelopment of the City of South Bend, for <br />the use and benefit of the Department of Redevelopment, by and through its governing body, the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission, 1400 S. County -City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Boulevard, <br />South Bend, Indiana (the "Grantee") for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and <br />valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the following real estate in St. Joseph <br />County, Indiana (the "Property"): <br />A parcel of land located in Section 13, Township 3 7 North, Range 2 East, <br />Portage Township, City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana and <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />All of Lots F and G and that portion of Lots E and X lying South and East <br />of Bowman Creek as well as the vacated alley lying West of Lots F and G. <br />All of the above described property being a part of Wenger and <br />Krieghbaugh's Vistula Avenue Addition to the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, recorded November 17, 1908, in Book 9, Page 100. <br />Parcel Key No. 0 18-7017-067801 <br />Grantor hereby conveys the Property subject to all covenants, restrictions, easements, and other matters of <br />record, <br />The undersigned persons executing this Quit Claim Deed on behalf of the Grantor represent and certify that <br />each has been fully empowered and authorized to execute this Quit Claim Deed and that all action necessary <br />to complete this conveyance on Grantor's behalf has been duly taken. <br />[Signature page follows.] <br />I of 2 <br />
