Commissioner Buccellato discussed need for better documentation,particularly inclusion <br /> of a site map, with COA application to expedite decisions and meetings. Staff will <br /> continue to work to improve this,and follow COA application documentation checklist <br /> more carefully. <br /> B. Commissioner Molnar thanked the Commissioners for the tone of their conversation <br /> with COA applicants,and reminded them of the importance of attitude with the public <br /> when representing a government agency. <br /> VII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> Commissioner Hertel moved to adjourn. Seconded by Commissioner Anderson. Six in favor, <br /> none opposed.
