APPENDIX D <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE <br />INDUSTRIAL REVOLVING FUND OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA <br />WHEREAS, the Industrial Revolving Fund of South Bend, Indiana, was established in 1975 <br />through a grant of $5 million from the U.S. Economic Development Administration to the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana. <br />WHEREAS, the Industrial Revolving Fund of South Bend, Indiana, formulated a Revolving <br />Loan Fund Plan per the requirements of the grant, Such Plan was submitted to the Economic <br />Development Administration. Subsequent changes in the requirements of the Economic <br />Development Administration required the submission of a revised revolving loan fund plan. <br />Such Revised Revolving Loan Fund Plan has been submitted to the Economic Development <br />Administration. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors for the Industrial Revolving Loan Fund of South <br />Bend, Indiana, hereby formally ratifies and accepts the Revised Industrial Revolving Fund Plan. <br />Dated this day of _, 20—. <br />Chairman <br />Director <br />Director <br />Secretary <br />Director <br />Director <br />48 <br />
