However, we will not guarantee seeding performed May 15th through August 15th, and October 1 through March 1. Price for Landscaping Includes plants, installation, staking, mulch and one year warranty. 12. Supplying or installing tree grates Is not Included in this quotation, 13. Sodding, Nursery price does not include supplying or installing topsoil, ground preparation, or notching. 14. Sodding, Nursery price Includes supplying and Installing 100% Kentucky Bluegrass variety and watering for 30 days only. 15. Optional ground prep for sodding price does not Include topsoil, topsoil placement, grading, or removal of existing vegetation. 16. Optional ground prep for sodding price Includes sod notching, fine raking, knocking down dirt clods, and removal of rocks only, 17. Clearing, grubbing, grading, or removal of existing vegetation or landscaping is not included in this quotation 18.
