The time extension addresses an adjustment to Final Completion to compensate for <br />American Electric Power's delay in completing the permanent power connection to the Lift <br />Station. AEP's delay impacted the demolition schedule of the decommissioned lift station. <br />The funding sources for the construction of this project is Utilities, Wastewater Capital Account <br />(642-0630-415-43-66).
