Broden made a motion to continue Bill No. 25-17 indefinitely. This motion <br /> was seconded by Committeemember John Voorde which carried unanimously by a voice vote of three <br /> (3) ayes. <br /> Substitute Bill No. 27-17- Rezoning at 3015 Western Avenue <br /> David Stanton, Area Plan Commission with offices on the 11 th floor of the County-City <br /> Building, stated, The petitioner is requesting a zone change from GB, General Business District <br /> to MU, Mixed-Use District, as well as seeking two (2)variances for the development standards. <br /> On the site is a retail establishment. To the north of the site are single-family homes zoned SF2. <br /> To the east of the site there is a retail store zoned GB, General Business District.
