Project Number: 03029034.0000 AMENDMENT No. 2 Schedule A-1 Scope of Amended Services and Related Matters ENGINEERING SERVICES BY ARCADIS General Administration: Arcadis provided additional general administration services primarily related to clarifications and interpretations (139 RFIs to -date), change orders (79 change requests resulting in 13 approved change orders to -date and an additional change orders that is pending), and as -needed construction inspection support. Note that the change orders included new construction scope of work (e.g. aeration effluent valve replacement, exposed process air piping replacement, aeration gallery top slab). Arcadis will continue to provide these services through the Contractor's proposed schedule as further described in the Meetings and Site Visits task below. Should the Contractor's schedule extend beyond their proposed date, additional general administration may be necessary through a future amendment. In addition, Arcadis provided services related to the dewatering system claim including providing the Engineer's Determination of Entitlement as the written decision on the dewatering system claim submitted by the Contractor on December 12, 2017. Meetings and Site Visits: Arcadis will attend three additional progress meetings and observe the progress of Contractor's executed work during the same visits. The Contractor's progress schedule submitted on July 11, 2017 indicated completion of the "east side" work on October 5, 2017. This does not include the RAS chlorination work to be added and it is assumed that the Contractor will be able to complete all the work no later than October 31, 2017. The anticipated completion is three months later than the original Substantial Completion date of July 26, 2017. Based on the pending Change Order No. 13, the revised contract Substantial Completion date is March 8, 2018.
