Section I. The Common Council of the City of South Bend supports and <br /> endorses the Solarize South Bend initiative. <br /> Section II. The Common Council encourages residents and businesses to <br /> consider purchasing solar panels through Solarize South Bend. <br /> Section III. That the Common Council urges the administration of the City <br /> of South Bend to assist with community outreach and education in support of <br /> Solarize South Bend, and <br /> Section IV.
