AGENDA REVIEW SESSION JULY 6, 2017 207 Ms. Dorau questioned what department will be installing these bulbs. Mr. Nawrot stated this is through the City's Traffic and Lighting Department. He stated they are replacing current light bulbs on City -owned fixtures to white LED high temp bulbs. Mr. Nawrot stated Traffic and Lighting has already completed Cleveland Road and Olive Street North of the bridge, these quotes are for Olive Street South of the bridge. Ms. Dorau questioned why the high temp bulbs, and Mr. Nawrot stated the lower temp bulbs are blue in color. - Change Order and Project Completion Affidavit — 2016 Curb and Sidewalk Construction, Phase II — Project No. 116-006 Ms. Dorau questioned the deduction. Mr. Nawrot stated this is to close out last year's curb and sidewalk program. Professional Services Agreement — Abonmarche Consultants, Inc. Mr. Nawrot stated this agreement is to extend the elevation network so all outlets will be tied into the same data. No other business came before the Board. Martin, erk REGULAR MEETING JULY 11, 2017 The Regular Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:31 a.m. on July 11, 2017, by Board President Gary A. Gilot with Board Members Elizabeth Maradik, Suzanna Fritzberg, and Therese Dorau present. Board Member James Mueller was absent. Also present was Board Attorney Michael Schmidt. CHANGE TO AGENDA Mr. Gilot noted the amount of Item No. 11 C should be changed on the agenda from $89,500 to $125,700. APPROVE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Dorau and carried, the Minutes of the Agenda Review Session, Regular Meeting and Claims Review Meeting of the Board held on June 22, June 27, and July 5, 2017, were approved. OPENING OF BIDS — DOWNTOWN MILL AND ASPHALT OVERLAY — PROJECT NO. 117-052 (TIF BOND) This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referenced project. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- County News, which were found to be sufficient. The following bids were opened and publicly read:
