The City of Mishawaka public meeting addressed Mishawaka CDBG application procedures, as well as City of South Bend CDBG and ESG proposal processes. St.Joseph County Housing ' Consortium procedures for applying for HOME funding were also discussed.The City of South Bend meeting addressed South Bend CDBG and ESG proposal processes and St.Joseph Housing Consortium HOME application procedures.There was discussion at both meetings regarding the 2017 Action ' Plan schedules and processes.
