SUGGESTED FORMAT <br />(for use with E-500, 2008 Edition) <br />This is EXHIBIT C, consisting of 2 pages, referred to in <br />and part of the Agreement between Owner and Engineer for <br />Professional Services dated July 11, 2017. <br />Payments to Engineer for Services and Reimbursable Expenses <br />COMPENSATION PACKET BC-1: Basic Services — Lump Sum <br />Article 2 of the Agreement is supplemented to include the following agreement of the parties: <br />ARTICLE 2 — OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />C2.01 Compensation for Basic Services (other than Resident Project Representative) — Lump Scan <br />Method of Payment <br />A. Owner shall pay Engineer for Basic Services set forth in Exhibit A, except for services of <br />Engineer's Resident Project Representative, if any, as follows: <br />L A Lump Sum amount for each task with total Not to Exceed $ 125,700 based on the <br />following estimated distribution of compensation. <br />a. Preliminary Design Phase $ 62,600 <br />b. Final Design Phase $ 17,900 <br />c. Bidding and Negotiating Phase $ 5,000 <br />d. Construction Phase (Billed at Hourly Rates, Not to Exceed) $ 5,000 <br />e. Geotechnicallnvestigation $ 6,000 <br />f. Alternate --- Alley hnprovements and 18,10 <br />Zion United Church Parking Lot Expansion (Survey & Design) <br />g. Alternate — Trail Extension 11,100 <br />(Survey & Design) <br />2.
