CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING JULY 5, 2017 204 <br />A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:03 a.m. on Tuesday, <br />July 5, 2017, by Board Member Therese Dorau, with Board Members Suzanna Fritzberg and James <br />Mueller present. Board President Gary Gilot and Board Member Elizabeth Maradik were absent. <br />The meeting was held in the 13th Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Ms. Fritzberg stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is <br />fully supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; <br />and the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Ms. Fritzberg <br />stated the following claims were submitted to the board for approval: <br />Name <br />Amount of Claim <br />Date <br />City of South Bend <br />$1,135,140.44 <br />07/05/17 <br />PNC Equipment Finance, LLC payee Yard N Gard <br />$6,630.21 <br />06/27/17 <br />U.S. Bank National Association <br />$168,428.30 <br />07/05/17 <br />St. Joseph County Housing Consortium <br />$14,759.63 <br />06/27/17 <br />Retainage Release - Thieneman Construction, Inc. <br />$43,695.29 <br />06/27/17 <br />Therefore, Mr. Mueller made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claims be <br />approved as submitted. Ms. Fritzberg seconded the motion, which carried. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further <br />adjourned at 9:05 a.m. <br />business to come before the Board, Ms. Dorau declared the meeting <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />Gary A.
