This appropriation will be offset by a Regional Cities <br /> Grant of$5,000,000 which will be received as invoices are paid by the city. Therefore, <br /> this appropriation request does not require taxpayer dollars for funding. These <br /> improvements are part of the overall Riverfront Parks and Trails project. <br /> It is requested that this bill be filed for 1St reading on July 10, 2017 with 2nd reading, <br /> public hearing and 3rd reading scheduled for July 24,2017. <br /> Thank you for your attention to this request.
