The study will include research and evaluation of market activity <br /> and demographic data relating to the City of South Bend and St. Joseph County. The <br /> determination of the market potential for new and existing dwelling units in the city will <br /> be based on the housing preferences and economic capabilities of target households,the <br /> existing conditions and characteristics of the neighborhoods within the city, as well as <br /> development objectives. <br /> It is requested that this bill be filed for 1St reading on July 10, 2017 with 2nd reading, <br /> public hearing and 3rd reading scheduled for July 24, 2017. <br /> Thank you for your attention to this request.
