<br />The following schedule shows the outstanding indebtedness of the City and the taxing units within and overlapping its
<br />jurisdiction as of February 15, 2017, as reported by the respective taxing units.
<br />The City anticipates making substantial improvements to the Sewage Worksover thenext 20 years as part of its
<br />Long Term Control Plan and a Consent Decree entered into between the City and the U.S. Department of Justice
<br />and USEPA. The cost estimate for the Consent Decree is approximately $600 million. The exact costs and
<br />timing of these improvements are still to be determined.
