EXHIBIT A <br />Scope of Services <br />1. Provide strategic guidance and supervision to support the City of South Bend's initiatives <br />to promote economic revitalization through innovation, with a focus on wireless and <br />smart city opportunities. <br />2. Provide assistance and supervisory services in the planning of the SBXG Resource <br />Center and related programming, <br />3. Provide assistance in the planning and writing of grant requests towards Smart City <br />projects aligned with workforce development priorities. <br />4. Provide assistance in partner recruiting for the SBXG Resource Center and related <br />programming. Help assemble the city's core group of partners from a network of <br />potential wireless and smart city collaborators. This will involve identifying opportunities <br />for collaboration, introducing potential collaborators, and helping to deliver new <br />partnerships. Outreach will seek to recruit additional partners, with a particular focus on <br />senior -level engagement with AT&T, Google, Facebook, and Qualcomm. <br />Consideration <br />In consideration of the technical services being offered, Dan Correa will be contracted for 116 <br />hours at a rate of $120 per hour. The total contract amount shall not exceed Fourteen Thousand <br />Dollars ($14,000) <br />
