A. The driveways, parking areas, sidewall,,s, entrances, passages, stairwells, <br />corridors, or halls shall not be obstructed or encumbered by any Tenant or used for any <br />purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the premises. <br />B. No awnings, canopies, or other projections shall be attached to the outside <br />walls of the building No drapes, curtains, blinds, shades, or screens shall be attached to or <br />hung in, or used in connection with any window or door or the premises without written <br />consent of Lessor. <br />C. Tenants are prohibited from displaying any sign, picture, advertisement or <br />notice on the inside or outside of the building, or the premises, except the usual name signs <br />on the doors leading to the premises, which shall conform to the requirements of the <br />management of the building, and excepting also the name strips on the directory board of <br />the building The directory board of the building will be maintained by Lessor. In the event <br />of the violation of the foregoing by any Tenant, Lessor may remove same without any <br />liability, and may charge the expense incurred by such removal to the Tenant. <br />D. The sash doors, windows, and doors that reflect or admit light and air into <br />the halls, passageways or other public places in the building shall not be covered or <br />obstructed by the Tenant. <br />E. No showcases or other articles shall be put in front of or affixed to any part <br />of the exterior of the building nor placed in the halls, corridors or vestibules without the <br />prior written consent of Lessor. <br />E The water and wash closets and other plumbing fixtures shall not be used for <br />any purposes other than those for which they were constructed, and no sweeping, rubbish, <br />rages or other substances shall be thrown therein. All damages resulting from any misuse of <br />the fixture shall be borne by Tenant who, or whose servants, employees, agents, visitors, of <br />licensees, shall have cause the same. <br />
