If the Area planning commission grants the Echo's development , you are ignoring the <br /> interest ,concerns and livelihood of the people who actually live here and catering to the <br /> greed of the dishonest Matthew's development company who do not live in this <br /> neighborhood. They are going to benefit at our dismay <br /> Allowing this development,only increases the onslaught of these types of developments <br /> in our neighborhood . If allowed this will allow the same type of development(s) to be <br /> constructed on Edison Rd., which will undoubtedly cause the eventual eminent domain <br /> issues causing people on Edison ,Oak Park Dr.,and Hartman Dr. to forced out of their <br /> homes ,being that they are smaller homes. People in these home cannot afford to be <br /> kicked out on the street by some developer that lives in Granger to profit from rich <br /> people that live out of state <br /> Allowing office buildings similar to the dental offices on Edison and Ironwood that <br /> already would be acceptable or building 6 houses that are in conformance to the*e <br /> existing architecture could be considered possible too This was brought up at the <br /> meeting . A person stated that there are only B houses per side on Hartman Dr, "why <br /> can't you emulate the existing",that question was ignored and dismissed. The guy from <br /> Matthews conducting the meeting, was acting quite ignorant (to ignore) <br /> The Area Planning Commission needs to deny in full this development . By allowing <br /> it, you will prove that your are not concerned with what is best for the citizens of South <br /> Bend,or what they deem important,and only supporting the greed of the developers in <br /> this matter. <br /> WE HAVE STATED THAT WE DO NOT WANT THIS AT ALL, AND SHOULD <br /> NOT HAVE TO FIGHT AGAINST IT. <br /> THIS DEVELOPMENT DOES NOT FIT OUR NEIGHBORHOOD AND WE ARE <br /> NOT CONCERNED WITH MATHEW'S GREED ,INVADING OUR <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD, PERIOD., SO DO US A FAVOR,THE CITIZENS OF THIS <br /> CITY YOU REPRESENT . TELL THEM NO <br /> Thank you <br /> More than concerned citizen <br />
