Exhibit 0-5 <br />INITIAL CAPITAL COST ESTIMATE - Phase 1 <br />Anticipated Construction Year: 2016 <br />General Description <br />This estimate includes costs for a greensand filter assembly consisting of two 3-cell 10' x 35' vessels. The filters will provide iron <br />and manganese removal for up to 6 mgd of well water at a flltration rate of no more than 6 gpmisq ft. Ancillary <br />process equipment <br />items such as hypochlo€ite storage, chlorine metering pumps, and blowers for air scour are included, as well as a 600K gallon <br />steel filtered water storage tank and (2) filtered water pumps to supply finished water to the customer. <br />A treatment process building <br />is included to house all process equipment. Filter backwash will be sent to a backwash wastewater lagoon.
