The Chamber may also be affected if The Chamber fails to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. If the City fails to comply with any of the terms or conditions of this agreement, The Chamber may terminate this Agreement without refund of any of the dollars received from the City and any future partnership with The Chamber will be affected.
