A RESOLUTION APPROVING TWO ADDITIONAL TRACTS <br /> OF LAND AS A PART OF PROPOSED LOW RENT HOUSING <br /> PROJECT IND 15-3, WHICH TRACTS ARE LOCATED ON <br /> THE WEST SIDE OF FREMONT STREET BETWEEN BERGAN <br /> STREET AND MARQUETTE BOULEVARD IN THE CITY OF <br /> SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Indiana, has heretofore <br /> entered into a Cooperation Agreement with The Housing Authority <br /> of the City of South Bend, Indiana; and, <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of said Cooperation <br /> Agreement, The City of South Bend, Indiana, has heretofore, on <br /> or about the 27th day of April, 1961, approved by the adoption of <br /> an appropriate resolution, two sites, one of such sites being <br /> West of Laurel Street between Western Avenue and the New York <br /> Central right-of-way in the City of South Bend, Indiana, and the <br /> other of such sites lying between South Bend Avenue and Napoleon <br /> Boulevard, East of Duey Street, in the City of South Bend, Indiana; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, The Housing Authority of the City of South Bend, <br /> Indiana, has now found it desirable to acquire additional sites for <br /> the c-)nstruc tion of said Housing Project IND 15-3, and has re- <br /> quested the City of South Bend, Indiana to approve two sites con- <br /> sisting of approximately 6. 14 acres of land located in the City <br /> of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, and State of Indiana, and <br /> described as follows, to-wit: <br />
