� v <br /> thence North 150 feet measured along a straight North and South line; <br /> thence due East to Northside Boulevard; thence Southeast along the <br /> westerly right-of-way of Northside Boulevard to the place of beginning, <br /> all in the Southeast Quarter (1/4) of Section 12, Township 37 North, <br /> Range 2 East, in St. Joseph County, Indiana , <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Council hereby <br /> confirms, ratifies and approves the action of the Board of Public <br /> Works in the granting to the State of Indiana, all reversionary <br /> rights and interest of the said below described real estate, to-wit; <br /> Tract 1. <br /> Beginning at a point 117. 3 feet South measured on the section line and <br /> 10 feet West of the Southeasterly corner of Lot 20 in August Beyer's <br /> First Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana; thence West a distance <br /> of 160 feet; thence South for a distance of 120 feet; thence East a distance <br /> of 160 feet, to a point 10 feet West of the East line of Section 12, Town- <br /> ship 37 North, Range 2 East; thence South and Southwesterly parallel <br /> with the West line of Eddy Street to the St. Joseph River; thence North- <br /> westerly along the river to the West end of an East-West line which is <br /> 155 feet North of the point of beginning; thence East along this East-West <br /> line to the North Side Boulevard; thence Southeasterly along North Side <br /> Boulevard to a point 10 feet West of the East line of Section 12; thence <br /> South to the place of beginning. <br /> Tract 2. <br /> Beginning at a point 37. 7 feet North and 152 feet West of the Southeasterly <br /> corner of Lot Numbered 20 in August Beyer Is First Addition to the City <br /> of South Bend, which point is in the Westerly right of way line of North- <br /> side Boulevard; thence due West to the meandering line of the St. Joseph <br /> River; thence North 150 feet measured along a straight North and South <br /> line, thence due East to Northside Boulevard, thence Southeast along the <br /> Westerly right-of-way of Northside Boulevard to the place of beginning, <br /> all in the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 37 North, Range 2 <br /> East, in St. Joseph County, Indiana. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the City of South Bend, <br /> on the adoption of this Resolution, shall execute all instruments to trans- <br /> fer said reversionary interest to the above described property. <br /> ber of the Common Council <br />
