a <br /> RESOLUTION NUMBER 25---62 <br /> RESOLUTION FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS <br /> IN THE OFFICE OF THE.CONTROLLER - $500:00 <br /> AND THE TRANSFER OF SAME FROM ONE ACCOUNT <br /> TO ANOTHER IN THE SAME CATEGORY OF THE <br /> OFFICE OF CONTROLLER <br /> WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the <br /> adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary to approp- <br /> riate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various <br /> functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary emergencies; and <br /> WHEREAS, Account No. B-242, described as Publication of Legal <br /> Notices, under the Office of Controller budget is depleted and the sum of <br /> Five Hundred ($500. 00) Dollars is needed forthwith; and <br /> WHEREAS, Under Account No. B-241, described as Printing, Other <br /> than Office Supplies, under the Office of Controller .f+emrt, there is Five Hundred <br /> ($500. 00) Dollars that will not be needed at this time, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON <br /> COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, that the sum of <br /> Five Hundred ($500. 00) Dollars b.e transferred from Account <br /> No. B-241, described as Printing, Other than Office Supplies, <br /> under the Office of the Controller Ftn&, to Account No. B-242, <br /> described as Publication of Legal Noticeq under the Office of <br /> Controller Ru S . <br /> Me r V4e'Common Council <br /> 162 <br /> L®A <br />
