RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS <br /> IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> $150. 00, AND THE TRANSFER OF SAME FROM ONE <br /> ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER IN THE SAME CATEGORY <br /> OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since <br /> the adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary to <br /> appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for <br /> the various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary <br /> emergencies; and <br /> WHEREAS, Account No. 243, described as Photographing and <br /> Blue Printing, in the City Planning Commission Fund is depleted and the <br /> sum of One Hundred Fifty ($150. 00) Dollars is needed forthwith, and <br /> WHEREAS, under Account No. 241, described as Printing, other <br /> than office Supplies, under the City Planning Commission Fund, there <br /> is One Hundred Fifty ($150. 00) Dollars that will not be needed at this <br /> time, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON <br /> COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, that the sum of <br /> One Hundred Fifty ($150. 00) Dollars be transferred from <br /> Account No. 241, described as Printing, Other than Office <br /> Supplies, under the City Planning Commission Fund, to <br /> Account No. 243, described as Photographing and Blue <br /> Printing, under the City Planning Commission Fund. <br /> �• a <br /> Member of the Common Council <br /> FILED IN CLLC CS O MCE <br /> 11I AY �4 1963 <br /> FREDA G.
