RESOLUTION NO. 3'�_3 <br /> RESOLUTION FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS <br /> IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMIS- <br /> SION $75. 00, AND THE TRANSFER OF SAME FROM <br /> ONE ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER IN THE-SAME CATEGORY <br /> OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the <br /> adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary to appropriate <br /> more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions <br /> of City Government to meet such extraordinary emergencies; and <br /> WHEREAS, Account No. 55, described as Subscriptions and Dues, in the <br /> City Planning Commission Fund is depleted and the sum of Seventy-five ($75. 00) <br /> Dollars is needed forthwith; and <br /> WHEREAS, under Account No. 51, described as Insurance, under the City <br /> Planning Commission Fund, there is Seventy-five ($75. 00) Dollars, that will not <br /> be needed, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, that the sum of Seventy-five ($75. 00) <br /> Dollars be transferred from Account No. 51, described as Insurance, <br /> under the City Planning Commission Fund, to Account No. 55, described <br /> as Subscriptions and Dues, under the City Planning Commission Fund. <br /> Me r of the ommon Council <br /> Id&2M HE.,.
