RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE <br /> FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES COMMISSION FUND, $45. 00 <br /> AND THE TRANSFER OF SAME FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO <br /> ANOTHER IN THE SAME CATEGORY OF THE FAIR EMPLOY- <br /> MENT PRACTICES COMMISSION FUND. <br /> WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption <br /> of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money <br /> than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of City Government <br /> to meet such extraordinary emergencies; and <br /> WHEREAS, Account No. 213, described as Traveling Expenses, in the Fair <br /> Employment Practices Commission Fund is depleted and the sum of Forty-five ($45. 00) <br /> Dollars is needed forthwith, and <br /> WHEREAS, under Account No. 241, described as Printing, Other than Office <br /> Supplies, under the Fair Employment Practices Commission Fund, there is Forty-five <br /> ($45. 00) Dollars, that will not be needed. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, that the sum of Forty-five ($45. 00) <br /> Dollars be transferred from Account No. 241, described as Printing, <br /> Other than Office Supplies, under the Fair Employment Practices <br /> Commission Fund, to Account No. 213, described as Traveling Expenses, <br /> under the Fair Employment Practices Commission Fund. <br /> Meer Q the Common Council <br /> f 1�. 11-1 GLER13 0.i RCE <br /> OCT 111963 <br /> FREDA G.
