BEND CITY WATER TUTOR"S, A MUNCIPAL UTILITY OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUT.T BEND, FOR DEPOSIT IN TEE GENERAL FUND OF T7E CIVIL CITY OF S0UT'9 BEND. WHEREAS, by authority of Cl-:apter 71 of t- e Acts of 1961 of the General Assembly of t'_-,e State of Indiana, also found in Burns Indiana Statutes Annotated Section 61-1207 and Section 61-1202, t'.--,e Common Council of the City of Sout Bend l.as t - e aut' ority to transfer monies fro:p one fund '-.aving a sufficient balance to anoti-:er fund which is depleted; and W< EREAS, the General Fund of ti-e Civil City of Sout" Bend is depleted; and T�T"EREAS, ponies have not been delivered by t' e St. Josep' County Treasurer and t1-;e ST. Josep'- County Auditor to t' e Civil City of Sout' Bend from tl,e 19"J3 taxes payable in 1964 ; and WT'EREAS, funds are necessary for ti:e City to operate its business, pay its obligations due and owing; and WI EREAS, sufficient monies will be available fro a t'-e St. Joseph County Treasurer and Auditor to pay to the City, -ponies due and owing to andby virtue of taxes to be derived from personal and real property; and WHEREAS, said monies are anticipated to be received on or be ore the 23rd day of June, 1964, NOW 7-TEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, teat t'.e Controller of t': e City of Soutl, Bend, be aut'-.ori7ed to transfer the su:a of Two Hundred t')ousand ($200, 000.00) Dollars out of t'-,-e Sout Bend City Water Wor -s Fund and into t':-e General Fund of the Civil City of South Bend, and t' at said transfer be a telporary transfer and t' a said repayment from the General Fund to t` e Sout' Bend City Water Wor'-s Fund be effected on or before t e 23rd day of June, 1_964, and
