RESOLUTION NO. ?171-- G, < RESOLUTION FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE OIL ACCOUNT OF THE SANITATION DE- PARTMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $150.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF THE SAME FROM THE GASOLINE ACCOUNT IN THE SANE CATEGORY OF THE SANI- TAT "3N DEPARTMENT, ALL WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND., AS AMENDED. WHEREAS, Certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary contitencies ; and, WHEREAS, Additional oil is urgently needed by the Sanitation Department to assure its ability to properly perform its function LnIthe sum of One-hundred Fifty ($150 .00) Dollars is needed forthwith; and surplu WHEREAS, A s*ppxy exists in another account where it is not presently needed at this time; and more specifically as follows, to-wit: 1 . One-hundred Fifty ($150 .90) Dollars in Account XX-321 designated as Supplies, gasoline . NOW, THEREFORE, E IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, that the sum of One-hundred Fifty ($150 .00) Dollars be transferred to Account No. XX-322 designated as Supplies , oil, by transferring it from the following account, to-wit : 2 .
