RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT <br /> BETWEEN THE SOUTH BEND CITY WATER <br /> WORDS AND MIDLAND ENGINEERING <br /> COMPANY, INC. , FOR ROOFING AND <br /> FLASHING REPAIRS TO THE <br /> 6,0009000 GALLON rONCRETE RESERVOIR <br /> AT THE NORTH PUMPING STATION. <br /> WHEREAS, da:aage has been incurred to the roof of <br /> the water reservoir at the North Pw-iping Station which <br /> damage is a potential source of danger to the water <br /> contained therein, and which roof requires repair at <br /> the earliest possible tine. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH LEND, That the Contract entered into <br /> between the South Bend City Water Works and the Midland <br /> Engineering Conpany, Inc . , on the 30th day of Noveuber, <br /> 1964 for roofing and flashing repair work to be done on the <br /> 6,000,000 gallon concrete reservoir at the North Puuping <br /> Station in the sui of Two thousand one-hundred eighty <br /> ($2, 180.00) Dollars is hereby approved and confirued. <br /> Meiaber of th Gaon Council <br /> FILED IN UE ICS GIEEICE <br /> Q;� <br /> KATHRYN L.
