Nowak, Acting Director <br /> Department of Redevelopment <br /> DATE: December 3, 1964 <br /> SUBJECT: Indiana R-41 LaSalle Park (GN) <br /> Local Approval Data Resolution <br /> The General Neighborhood Renewal Plan of the LaSalle Park Project Area was <br /> adopted by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission on September 3, 1964 <br /> and the City Planning Commission adopted a similar resolution on Septem- <br /> ber 14 which approved the general framework and outline that the Plan is <br /> in conformance in all respects to the City of South Bend Master Plan. <br /> Subsequently, on October 23, Mayor Lloyd Allen received a confirmation <br /> letter from the Housing and Home Finance Agency approving our submission <br /> of the General Neighborhood Renewal Plan which then authorized us to <br /> proceed with the next phase of obtaining the local approvals (City Council) <br /> regarding the Survey and Planning Application Resolution which was adopted <br /> on November 23rd. <br /> The resolution now before you pertains to Part II of the General Neighbor- <br /> hood Renewal Plan Data which also requires your consideration for adoption <br /> at the next regular scheduled meeting. <br /> Carl R.
