2. That it is hereby found and determined that said General Neighborhood Re- <br /> newal Plan for the urban renewal area conforms to the general plan of the <br /> Locality and to the Program for Community Improvement. <br /> 3. That it is the intention of this Body that the General Neighborhood Renewal <br /> Plan be used to the fullest extent feasible as a guide for the provision of public <br /> improvements in such area, and that said Plan will be considered in formulating <br /> codes and other regulatory measures affecting property in the area and in un- <br /> dertaking other local governmental activities pertaining to the development, <br /> redevelopment, conservation, and rehabilitation of the area. <br /> 4. That in order to implement and facilitate the effectuation of the Plan hereby <br /> approved, this Body hereby (a) pledges its cooperation in helping to carry <br /> out the Plan,; (b) requests the various officials, departments, boards, and <br /> agencies of the Locality having administrative responsibilities in the premises <br /> likewise to cooperate to such end and to exercise their respective functions <br /> and powers in a manner consistent with the Plan; and (c) stands ready to con- <br /> sider and take appropriate action upon proposals and measures designed to <br /> effectuate the Plan. <br /> Member of the Common Council <br /> FILED IN CLEIRICS UEEICE <br /> KATHRYN L.
