~F <br />PERSONNEL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE 11-23-09 <br />Tom LaFountain, Chairperson, Personnel and Finance Committee called the meeting to order at <br />3:54 p.m. <br />Committee Members Present: Oliver Davis, David Varner <br />Other Councilmember's Present: Tim Rouse, Henry Davis, Ann Puzzello, AI "Buddy" Kirsits <br />Other's Present: Gary Gilot, Mayor Luecke, Gregg Zientara, Jeff Parrott, Kathleen Cekanski- <br />Farrand, Rita Kopala, Martha Lewis, Mark Lyons, Jerry Niezgodski, Mike Danch <br />Agenda: Bill No. 88-09 -Appropriation -Loss Recovery <br />Bill No. 88-09, an appropriation request was presented by Gary Gilot the city's Public Works <br />Director. Gary briefly explained that money originally received from winning an environmental <br />lawsuit was now requested for two projects meant to assure the quality of the city's water supply. <br />There being few questions following the mostly technical presentation, Councilmember Varner <br />motioned the bill go to Council favorably.
