J <br /> RESOLUTION NO. —G <br /> RESOLUTION FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS <br /> IN THE ELECTRIC CURRENT ACCOUNT OF THE <br /> CITY PLAN COMMISSION IN THE AMOUNT OF <br /> $100 .00 AND THE TRANSFER OF THE SAME FROM <br /> ANOTHER ACCOUNT IN THE SAME CATEGORY OF <br /> THE CITY PLAN COMMISSION; SAME BEING A <br /> TRANSFER BETWEEN TWO ACCOUNTS IN THE SAME <br /> CATEGORY, BOTH BEING IN THE CITY PLAN <br /> COMMISSION FUND. <br /> WHEREAS, Certain extraordinary conditions have developed since <br /> the adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now <br /> necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the <br /> annual budget for the various functions of City Government to meet <br /> such extraordinary contingencies ; and <br /> WHEREAS, Electric utility service is necessary to assure its <br /> ability to properly perform its function and the sum of $100 .00 is <br /> needed forthwith; and <br /> WHEREAS, A surplus exists in another account where it is not <br /> presently needed at this time; and more specifically as follows, <br /> to-wit: <br /> I . One-hundred Dollars ($100.00) in Account 241 designated as <br /> printing other than office supplies . <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SOUTH BEND, That the sum of $100 .00 be transferred to Account <br /> No. 221 designated as Electric Current by transferring it from the <br /> following account, to-wit: <br /> I .
