RESOLUTION NO. 103-65 <br /> A RESOLUTION CONCERNING FLUORIDATION <br /> WHEREAS, The Director of the St. Joseph County Health Department, <br /> Dr. Louis E. How, as well as the Surgeon General of U. S. <br /> Public Health Service, Dr. Luther Terry, have recommended <br /> Fluoridation and referred to it as "one of the important <br /> health measures of our time," and <br /> WHEREAS, the Common Council of South Bend has heard arguments for <br /> and against Fluoridation of our water supply, <br /> BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the South Bend Common Council go on <br /> record as recommending to the Board of Water Commissioners <br /> that they act to make Fluoridated water available to the <br /> citizens of this community. <br /> John V.
