ALL IN THE PARK GENERAL FUI,1. <br /> WH M AS, Certain extraordinary conditions have developed <br /> since the adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now <br /> necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the <br /> annual budget for various functions of City Government to 'meet such <br /> extraordinary contingencies; and <br /> WEMREAS, Additional funds for Taxes (Gross Income) are <br /> urgently needed by the Department of Public Parks to assure its <br /> ability to properly perform its fsnction .and the sum of $675.00 is <br /> needed forthwith; and <br /> WILiZAS, A surplus exists in other accounts where it is <br /> not presently needed at this time; and more specifically as follows, <br /> to-i,dt: and <br /> 1. Three hundred Seventy rive Dollars in account 52 <br /> designated as Current Charges, Rents and Three <br /> Hundred Dollars in Account 53 designated as Current <br /> Charges, Refunds, Awards & Indemnities. <br /> NOW, THEi:VFO�, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COPMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, That the sum of $675.00 be transferred to Account <br /> No. 57 designated as Current Charges, Taxes (Gross Income) by trans- <br /> ferring it from the following accounts, to-wit: <br /> 2.
