Resolution No. Adopted RESOLUTION FOR TRANSFER IN THE FILED IN CLEIZ " OFFICE PARK GENERAL FUND_ _ _ $300.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF THE SAME FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER IN OCT 171966 THE SAME CATEGORY OF THE PARK GENERAL FUND KATHRYN L. BLOUGH CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND. WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have de- veloped since the adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the -various functions of the Department of Public Parks to meet such e_-cttraordinary emergenclas, and, ?�,'HEREAS, it has been ascertained that certain accounts in the Park General Fund have more money than is needed at this time. Section I. That the following accounts be reduced in the amounts set opposite said accounts: Acct_ No_ Classification Item Amount 52 Current Charges Rents $100.00 53 Current Charges Refunds, Awards & Indemnities 200.00 Total $300.00 Section II. That the following account be increased in the amount set opposite said account: Acct. No_ Classification Item Amount 57 Current Charges Taxes (Gross Income) $300.00 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of South Bend that the sum of $300.00 be transferred from Account #52 and Account #53 to Account #57 as set out above in Sections I and II of this resolution.
