RESOLUTION NO. 152-67 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br /> WHEREAS , the County of St. Joseph acting by and <br /> through the Board of County Commissioners of St. Joseph <br /> County will construct a new County-City Building, a new <br /> County Jail, and will remodel the existing St. Joseph <br /> County Courthouse; and, Whereas the City of South Bend <br /> has executed a certain Lease for portions of said <br /> County-City Building and it is to the advantage to the <br /> City of South Bend to minimize costs of said construction <br /> and remodeling. <br /> BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Building Commissioner <br /> of the City of South Bend is hereby authorized and directed <br /> to issue the necessary building permits for the construction <br /> of the new County-City Building and the construction of the <br /> new St. Joseph County Jail and for the remodeling of the <br /> existing St. Joseph County Courthouse without payment of <br /> fees as set forth in the Municipal Code of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana, 1962, which fees are hereby expressly <br /> waived. <br /> This resolution shall be in full force and effect <br /> upon the adoption of the Common Council and approval of the <br /> Mayor. <br /> 13t&2nd READING — <br /> COMMITTEE OF THE WNM <br /> PUBLIO HEARING <br /> MBER OF THE COMMON CO CIL <br /> 3rd READING F HE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br /> NOT APPROVED <br /> REFERRED <br /> PASSED <br />
