RESOLUTION NO. 157-67 <br /> WHEREAS, God, in His Infinite Wisdom, has called from this life, <br /> WILLIAM E. MILLS, Former Attorney for the Area <br /> Plan Commission, <br /> WHEREAS, his untimely death has brought much grief and sorrow <br /> to his bereaved family and many friends, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that we, the members of the <br /> Common Council, hereby extend to MRS.
