-5- <br /> (a) Vacation of Streets, Etc. The closing and <br /> vacation of all existing streets, alleys and <br /> other public rights-of-way either within or <br /> abutting on the Property. <br /> (b) Replatting, Resubdivision or Rezoning. <br /> The replatting, resubdivision or rezoning of <br /> the Property, if necessary, for the conveyance <br /> thereof to the City. <br /> (c) Improvements of Existing Streets. The <br /> improvement (by the Agency or by the appropriate <br /> public body) by resurfacing, rebuilding or new <br /> construction, in accordance with the technical <br /> specifications, standards, and practice of the <br /> City, of the existing streets, alleys or other <br /> public rights-of-way (including catch basins, <br /> curbs and gutters, drive and curb cuts, and <br /> drives between the property line of the Property <br /> and the public rights-of-way) abutting on the <br /> Property. <br /> (d) Construction and Dedication of New Streets. <br /> The construction (by the Agency or by the appropriate <br /> public body) , in accordance with the technical' <br /> specifications, standards, and practice of the <br /> City, and the dedication of all new streets, alleys, <br /> and other public rights-of-way (including catch basins, <br /> curbs and gutters) abutting on the Property. <br /> (e) Installation of Sidewalks. The installation <br /> (by the Agency or by the appropriate public body) , <br /> in accordance with the technical specifications, <br /> standards, and practice of the City, of public <br /> sidewalks along the frontage of the public streets <br /> abutting on the Property or within the rights-of- <br /> way lines of such public streets, together with <br /> sodding or seeding of any such public area between <br /> such sidewalks or the curb lines of such public <br /> streets. <br /> (f) Street Lighting, Signs and Fire Hydrants. <br /> The installation (by the Agency or by the appro- <br /> priate public body) , in accordance with the <br /> technical specifications, standards, and practices <br /> by the City, of street lighting, signs and fire <br /> hydrants in connection with all new streets abutting <br /> on the Property and to be constructed pursuant to <br /> this section. <br />
