SCHEDULE B <br /> Parcels to be Conveyed by the Agency to <br /> the City and Other Conveyance Data <br /> The Parcels to be conveyed to the City by the Agency <br /> in accordance with the Agreement to which this Schedule is <br /> attached are located within the boundaries of the Central <br /> Downtown Project, Ind . R-66, and are more particularly <br /> identified as: <br /> Disposition Parcels: Block 4, Parcel 1; <br /> Block 4, Parcel 65; Block 8, Parcel 1; <br /> and the North One-half (NZ) of Block 4, <br /> Parcel 3 <br /> on a map attached hereto and made a part hereof entitled <br /> "Disposition Plan . " <br /> The areas of said Parcels as shown on said map are <br /> approximate areas and are subject to adjustment on actual <br /> survey, which survey will be made by the Agency at no expense <br /> to the City prior to the conveyance of the respective Parcels <br /> to the City. The Parcel Price set forth below for each respec- <br /> tive Parcel is an estimated cost and will be determined by the <br /> average of three independent appraisers in accordance with the <br /> laws of the State of Indiana.
