RESOLUTION NO. 212-69 <br /> WHEREAS, GOD in his Infinite Wisdom, has called from this <br /> life, MRS. KATHRYN FANNER, Mother of Kathryn <br /> L. Blough, South Bend City Clerk. <br /> WHEREAS, her untimely death has brought much grief and <br /> sorrow to her bereaved family and many friends. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the members of <br /> the Common Council, hereby extend to Kathryn L . <br /> Blough, and to the other members of the family, <br /> our sincere sympathy in this their deepest hour <br /> of sorrow, and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a page be set aside in the <br /> Council Records in the City of South Bend and <br /> this Resolution be copied thereon and a copy <br /> be signed by Mayor Lloyd A. Allen and presented <br /> to Kathryn L.
