Meetings have been held with the St. Joseph County Area Plan <br /> Commission, the St. Joseph County Commissioners, (which also functions <br /> as the County Drainage Board), the South Bend City Council, and the <br /> St. Joseph County Park and Recreation Board. <br /> a � <br /> 7. Status of local organizations(s). <br /> The sponsoring whits of government have the powers to sponsor, construct, <br /> operate and maintain all types of watershed improvements. <br /> 8.
