NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING <br /> OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br /> , <br /> You are notified that there will be a meeting of the Common Council <br /> of the City of South Bend on July 20, 1970, at 7:30 p. m. , in the Council Chambers <br /> at the County-City Building in the City of South Bend. The purpose of the meeting <br /> will be to consider the approval of a contract between the City of South Bend and <br /> the Department of Housing And Urban Development of the United States, :h,,--'., <br /> contract is commonly referred to as Model Cities Program.
