Be it hereby resolved that the Project Area Committee on the South East <br /> Side of South Bend, Indiana approve the initial application for funding <br /> of the Redevelopment Department of South Bend to the Department of Housing <br /> and Urban Development regarding funding for improvements in an area <br /> bounded by Sample Street, Carroll Street, Wenger Street to Fellows Street, <br /> Indiana Avenue and Michigan Street. This approval to be based on the <br /> advice of the Project Area Committee's Advisory Board and the assurance <br /> that this request does not bind the Committee to any specific plan but to <br /> the general improvements to be planned in upcoming months jointly by the <br /> Committee and the Redevelopment Department of South Bend. <br /> Recommended for passage by the Advisory Board at their regular meeting on <br /> February 17, 1971 . <br /> Passed unanimously at the regular general meeting of the Project Area <br /> Committee on February 24, 1971 . <br /> Initial application approved by the Project Area Committee, February 24, 1971 . <br /> Mr. Garrett Mullins , President <br /> Mr. Conrad Damian, Vice-president <br /> Mrs . ,lancie Stokes, Secretary <br />
