Therefore there will be no new utilities <br /> required. <br /> We contemplate no immediate increase in our employment <br /> of , approximately 65 persons , all whom reside in the city <br /> at the present time. We can therefore see no effect to the <br /> South Send School Corporation because of this transaction. <br /> The building in question is for sale at a purchase price <br /> of $120,000.00 as is. We purpose to make $40,000.00 in <br /> leasehold improvements should this transaction be approved. <br /> For the year 1970 our payroll was slightly in excess of <br /> $525,000.00. <br /> I trust the above has answered all of your questions <br /> adequately.
