BOUNDARY DIESCRI PTI OP The Southeast Neighborhood Project #1 is located in the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph and State of Indiana and is described as follm-is: A first area described as beginning at a point formed by the intersection of the north right-of-way line of Elder Street and west right-of-way line of the first alley east of Michigan Street; thence in an easterly direction along the north right-of-way line of Elder Street to the east right-of-way line of the second alley east of Michigan Street; thence in a southerly direction along the east right-of-way line of the second alley east of Michigan Street to the south right-of-way line of Pennsylvania Avenue; thence in a westerly direction along the south right-of-way line of Pennsylvania Avenue to the west right-of-way line of Michigan Street; thence in a northerly direction along the west right-of-way line of Michigan Street to the north right-of-way line of the first alley north of Pennsylvania Avenue ; thence in an easterly direction along the north right-of- way line of the first alley north of Pennsylvania Avenue to the west right-of-way line of first alley east of Michigan Street; thence in a northerly direction along the west right- of-way line of the first alley east of Michigan Street to the south right-of-way line of Paris Avenue; thence in a westerly direction along the south right-of-way line of Paris Avenue to the west right-of-way line of Michigan Street; thence in a northerly direction along the west right-of-way line of Michigan Street to the north right-of-way line of the first alley north of Paris Avenue; thence in an easterly direction along the north right-of-way line of the first alley north of Paris Avenue to the west right-of-way line of the first alley east of Michigan Street; thence in a northerly direction along the west right-of-way line of the first alley east of Michigan Street to the north right-of- way line of Elder Street, the point of beginning.
