'" <br />You mast aelmowledge receipt of thiG addendum by signing the first page and <br />returning a copy with your bid. <br />The following clarifications are offered regarding questions received via email <br />and at the Pro -laid Meeting held on May 1, 2017: <br />Q1; The completion date in the specifications is set. at October 4", 2017. Do <br />tree installations need to be completed by that date? <br />Al No. Tree installations can be completed after the October 41h completion <br />date. This addendum will update the specifications to include a final completion <br />date of November 15'h, 2017 for ail tree installations. <br />Q2; Will the contractor be able to acgtaire additional bricks from the City if <br />necessary to complete the brick. pavement patching;? <br />Q2: Yes, Additional bricks will be ;made available to the Contractor as needed, <br />This is included in Section XXVI of the Special Provisions. Pick-up of new <br />bricks will be coordinated with the City of South Bend Division of Organic. <br />Resources. <br />The following.information highlights the changes to the contract documents and <br />exhibits: <br />1, Sections XI and XIII will be replaced in the Special Provisions with <br />revised versions <br />2, The Contractor's Did for Public Works form will be replaced with a <br />revised version <br />Version 4lU112015 special Provisions -2 <br />
