Therefore,an ordinance correcting and <br /> replacing Ordinance 10497-17 is needed so that the County land records reflect the entire dimensions of the alley being <br /> vacated. The actual dimensions are "a distance of 144 feet and width of 49.5 feet north of Thomas Street and south of <br /> Washington Street."
