Per Section V of the original resolution # 4457-15: "The <br /> designation as an Economic Revitalization Area shall be limited to two (2) calendar <br /> years from the date of the adoption of this Resolution by the Common Council." <br /> Due to unforeseen delays in the design stage, led primarily by the Department of <br /> Community Investment to look at the overall site plan and building elevation. The results <br /> of this additional design time will deliver a product that both the Developer and City feel <br /> is far superior to the original design and be a tremendous asset for the community for <br /> years to come.
