Taylor <br /> RE: Amendatory Application for Loan and Grant <br /> Project E-3, Northeast Code Project <br /> Dear Mrs. Gammon: <br /> Please find attached an original and 25 copies of proposed resolution <br /> to be presented to the Common Council at its next regularly scheduled <br /> meeting. <br /> The primary purpose of this resolution is to authorize the Department <br /> of Redevelopment to submit the necessary documents constituting an <br /> Amendatory Application for Code Enforcement Grant and the authorization <br /> for the Mayor to execute such amended contract upon approval by the <br /> Federal Agency. <br /> The necessity for this resolution and the Amendatory Application covered <br /> by the resolution is due solely to new Federal requirements passed in <br /> the Uniform Relocation Act of 1970.
